Session 3

Session 2 opens in Temple Square in Eahlens by the Temple dedicated to Uuna, The Goddess of Law and Justice. The group has just procured some street meat and are heading to Pandora’s Box to look for potions. In the store they meet its owners, Pandora (a green tiefling who looks just a little bit like a rocker), and her partner Metz (a half elf who has a raven tattoo on the left side of her shaved head, and thorny roses tattooed on the right). T’ix seems quite taken with Pandora and after a promise to perhaps see them that night at ‘The Singing Dragon’, the group leaves but not before River picks up a crystal orb to see if she can steal it.

They continue to investigate the curious case of the missing flowers by revisiting Xanthia’s Tinctures and Tonics, question some guards, and check the job board where they learn that that it is someone by the name of Harry who has posted the job. They also learn of the ‘Death Lily’.

In visiting Harry, they learn that all of the black flowers that he grows was stolen from the Satyr. The reward on the poster for stopping the Goblins who did this is 500gp, but the party manage to talk him into a further 250gp if they can return the missing flowers. He offers to lend them a cart and horses, but they won’t be available until the following morning.

A summer storm arrives and the group retreat to ‘The Singing Dragon’ for a second evenings rest in the city with a Queer poetry reading. The evening would be nothing without a bet between River and Leaf though. River lets Leaf choose her target, a humanoid in the corner. River tries to steal their coin pouch to no avail. In losing the bet, River must dance atop the bar. The music begins and it is a slow melancholic piece of violin music. Rhydian, the owner of the bar, slams down two tankards of ale and offers them for free if the pair will get off the bar.

After a long rest, the group head out to Harrys to pick up the cart and head out of the city to take on the Goblins and retrieve the flowers. On their way they encounter a ‘camp’ and hear some rustling in the trees. River investigates and finds a bandit who stands up and whistles causing two other bandits to pop out and the groups start fighting. River knocks out one bandit, and the rest of the group take out the other two. After the threat has passed, River loads the remaining bandit that she knocked out onto the cart after tying them up, and the rest of the group join them ready to resume their journey.
