Session 18

The party, now back in their carriage, accompany the Royal carriage along the Kings road before they all pull over and make camp for the night with Princess Luisa making her first appearance. They are invited to pitch their tents and join the Royal Party for dinner.

River tries to talk to the Princess, with little success, but then River and Leaf manage to create a game of hitting various apples from nearby trees. They convince a guard to join in and they all wager a weapon. The Rainbow Posse win the game and they all join back together to enjoy a nice evening meal with baked apples prepared by Taurin.

The party, even though they do not need to, join in with guards in evening watches, and with the two groups working together, the night goes off without a hitch. 

The following morning with carts all reloaded, they set back off, only to be stopped by faint cry off in the distance. The party instantly rush over with Ser Emmyth and find an abandoned Baby Tiefling, only a matter of hours a days old, in a cave outcropping area with only a tattered blanket. T’ix asks to hold the child and carries them back to the carriages and passes them off to Ser Emmyth, who states they have a few ideas for the child and that discussions need to take place.

Pandora then sends her first message of the trip to check in on T’ix and see how they are. T’ix responds but is then dejected that all the charges are depleted for the day.
