Session 17

After the date, T’ix rejoins the party at The Singing Dragon. The following morning they are questioned about the date before grabbing the cart and heading out. 

All is going well until River decides to prank the group, by tying their boot laces together in the middle of the night and a few failed Dex saves later, and they are down two tents. They try to keep River  occupied by playing Chess on the road. At nightfall, a storm sweeps in and during watch T’ix sees a light in the distance only to discover that it is a tree that has been struck by lightning and was on fire in the middle of the woods.

The following day, they spot a black spot in the sky in the distance which is getting bigger and closer. They decide to confront the spot which turns out to be a Wyvern and a rider, who do not take kindly to being stopped. A battle ensues between ‘The Rainbow Posse’  and the Wyvern and its rider with The Rainbow Posse getting the better of the Wyvern.

The party decide to question the rider, but they use a cyanide cap in their mouth to try and prevent themselves from spilling anything, but are brought back by the party who tie them up,

Behind them appears a carriage with the Royal Guard, Ser Emmyth Sytris and Princess Luisa. Ser Emmyth takes the rider into their custody, informs the party that this is a spy from The Fractured Vale, and asks them to accompany the Royal Party to the capital of Sarithia.
