Session 21

The Royal Family is ushered out and into safety with the approaching Wyvern and rider. Queen Eleanore Arya asks the party to join her in defending the Castle. They go up to the roof with the queen quickly arming herself along the way.

The Wyvern lands, and a battle ensues after a failed attempt at diplomacy. The Wyvern falls first, killing any chance of the rider escaping. After this, the rider tries to jump from the battlements, only to be stopped on the way by some well-timed attacks of opportunity and falls dead into the central courtyard. The party (minus Mika) races to the body to loot it, but finds nothing but plain armour and their weapon of choice.

Leaving the body in the care of the Guards, the party heads into the living quarters of the Royal Family for tea, refreshments, and a rest after the battle.
